Federal Criminal Records Search

The Federal Criminal Records Search scans across the 94 U.S. federal courts for violations of federal criminal law, including infractions, misdemeanors, and felonies, such as tax evasion, fraud, embezzlement, identity theft, interstate trafficking, and kidnapping.  These searches can be across all districts or just those based on the candidate's residence history.  County and state level crimes do not return through this type of search, you would need to utilize the National Criminal File Search and the County Criminal Records search.

Flags

If there are any records that match the candidate's name and date of birth, they will be displayed in the results tab of the National Criminal Databases Search. In the collapsed state, each record displays the record source and offender details.
