Healthcare Sanctions

Healthcare Sanctions scan a variety of data sources to determine if an individual/entity is barred from participating in any federally-funded healthcare programs. ScoutLogic offers 4 levels of Healthcare Sanctions:

Results returned will include the lists that the candidate has voluntarily put themselves on and the name of the source or board that took the disciplinary action. They will also show the status of the sanction (either active or ended). Ended sanctions will also display the date ended. Results go back 7 years from the end of the sanction, or from present day if the sanction is active.
