How do I obtain my employee's consent using ScoutLogic?

ScoutLogic’s FCRA-compliant, QuickApp is the quickest, most efficient way to obtain the appropriate authorization for a background check. To use e-consent, just provide your candidate’s email address and we will provide the candidate with FCRA-compliant disclosure and authorization forms. Candidates receive a link to complete the consent form online, where they can read the fine print and sign the document digitally. If you already have consent from your candidate, in most cases you will not be required to submit the consent form to ScoutLogic in order to complete a background check.
